Nick collected a few and went back to land to experiment. Nick popped off the head, took off the shell and broiled it. It tasted incredible. Over the next few years, Nick discovered that there were many kinds of shrimp and decided that someday he would open a seafood house, serving only the freshest of fresh shrimp. He wound up opening FLORIDA'S SEAFOOD BAR & GRILL that serves big shrimp, regular shrimp, rock shrimp, lobsters, snow crabs, scallops, and for those who don't like their food swimming before they eat it, steak, prime rib and chicken are also offered. How could I leave out fresh oysters, prepared in over a dozen different ways, right at Cocoa Beach's largest oyster bar. Did you know that Nick discovered the oyster too?
